Gameplay, progress, and rankings
Battle results, progression, unlocks, and rankings may be determined by game or server records. We may investigate abnormal activity and correct improperly obtained results where reasonably necessary.
Virtual items, purchases, and refunds
Virtual content made available through the services is licensed for use within the game and does not represent cash, real property, or a right to withdraw money unless applicable law expressly requires otherwise.
Prices, taxes, currency, payment provider, delivery rules, advertising alternatives, and refund procedures must be displayed before a transaction. Purchases and refunds remain subject to applicable law and the applicable payment provider or app-store rules.
Advertising and third-party services
Cartoon Wars may use third-party hosting, analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, payment, or distribution services depending on the features you use. Those services may apply their own terms and privacy policies.
Intellectual property
Cartoon Wars software, artwork, characters, animation, text, audio, logos, and related content are owned by or licensed to Zenith Fox Games Limited. No ownership is transferred by these Terms.
Updates, suspension, and termination
We may update features to improve gameplay, security, compatibility, or legal compliance. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, fraud, security risks, or unlawful use. Where reasonably practical and required, we will provide appropriate notice of significant service changes.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Operation may be affected by device performance, connectivity, maintenance, and third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of HONGKONG, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution. Any unresolved dispute may be submitted to a court or authority with jurisdiction under applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the game, operations, or law. The current version will show its effective date and, where required, additional notice.
